The app accepted my AMEX credit card before booking the trip in Manila. When the driver arrived, the app says I need to pay cash.

1. App version 6.23.1. iPhone 11, iOS 14.6 2. When opening the app, I’m getting “This was unexpected” “We can’t seem to connect you. Log out and login again to resume watching”. I had to log out, login again. Apple tv app works great. Please fix ios app

Chat support doesn’t work. I was charged Dec 18 for 2000kr annual subscription. I think that was a mistake. Please help thanks! *update, i got refunded after contacting support in the website.

Syncing is really bad. I dont understand when my mac syncs with the phone. Most of the time it doesnt. Can you please add a force sync button and show something like last synchronized date. Dont be like apple that tries to do magic syncing but doesnt work.
