Please create a leaderboard for gold stars instead of kudos. It worked in our old employee app. The kudos thing is just dull and helps no one with motivations. Also would love a way for managers to set up a calendar to be able to set up meetings. And PLEASE make it so the app sends notifications to you from other groups when in a different one. I miss too many notifications too frequently.
