When I play the game i do the bundle in community center but my iPad turns off because the charge, so When i do the bundle again, I can’t do anything after that the game completely stops Pls help me with out losing my progress

The app have a big big issue that I can’t do any thing on it, it’s always get me out of the app 🫠 Please fix it as soon as possible 🙏🏽
