I am a recent user of this app and I was hoping to make an account so that I could purchase things from the website taobao and have it shipped here from Superbuy. You can imagine my dissapointment when I enter 20 characters AND more, plus several symbols on the keyboard. And they still gave me the “please enter 20 characters or more blah blah blah” I did this SEVERAL times over and over. I was very frustrated by the end of it and just gave up trying to be a user of this app. Seriously, fix this. You cant even make an account on this, whats the point??
