I have the the app running six controllers, six humidifiers and an equal number of fans. When the app works well, it’s great. However, I have frequently have problems with it talking to the different AC Infinity devices. I have had the luxury of having extra cords so I could test whether it was cord or the unit itself. sometimes the cord, sometimes the unit, sometimes the controller itself/app just won’t recognize what is attached to it. There is a plate of information that can be glean from the devices, and I find them to be way more useful than not having them. I do have two different AC I
