One driver in Warsaw cancelled the trip while we were driving in order to force cash payment, then dropped us in the middle of nowhere when we didn’t have cash. The next driver took us to our hotel, but wouldn’t accept the card we set up in the app and only wanted cash payment. When the ATM could only give a minimum note of 3 times the price, the driver didn’t have change so we were forced to pay triple price. The app works well, but the drivers do not which ruins the overall experience. I will never use this app in Poland again.
