My husband and I have embarked on a healthy lifestyle journey together. He has been using FS for years and I used it once but didn’t care for it. I retired last June, had total hip replacement in mid-Nov and we decided in Jan to make a significant change for Gods glory. Now that we’re on this journey together, it’s been an incredible tool to help us both adjust our lifestyle to focus more on good nutrition, exercise 4-5 days a week and getting lots of rest. Our lives has changed substantially and for the better. We both enjoy working out and making better decisions about the foods we eat.
