This is a scam. After you get a subscription, they will charge you without any notification. There’s no way to cancel the subscription. In the help area they have the steps how to do it, but i can only find an option to upgrade to annual payment. No async contact option via email or chat - you need to wait for their working hours. So easy to subscribe but zero support to cancel. This scam behaviour will be reported.

It took 42% of my battery for listening 1.5h. In iOS i see a total of 4h running in background and 42% battery drain. I’ll start looking for apps that uses less energy, to protect my battery life. iOS 16.1 Update: now it’s getting worse. You are blocking the app by forcing me to get a trial without accesing any features. This goes against Apple HIG. I have to restart the app several times in order to see something. You should let me navigate in the app and unlock premium features, not blocking me in the first screen. Very bad UX, congrats! Update: asking if i enjoy the app and if i press Yes,

Please update app’s UI to adapt to dynamic islamd. Currently it’s covering part of the profile & device icons. Also scrolling in dashboard needs some adjustments.

I had 2 trips and for both i used split option. Uber is sending an authorization with full amount to my bank, while i’m waiting for a driver to accept my trip request. So you are asking for money before sending me a car. Nice! After authorization, if i try to split the transaction with a friend, Uber charges him with his split and i’m charged with full amount. I know they say that it’s only authorization phase, but after few days i see the full amount on my account statement. This happened for 2 consecutive trips.
