Apple has now informed me that they cannot issue a refund because the payment has already been processed to you as the developer. They’ve advised me to contact my financial institution to dispute the charge directly. This confirms that you’ve received the money, and you’re now responsible for making this right. I’ve seen many others in the reviews report the same issue — being charged before the trial even started. That’s not just misleading, that’s unethical. Please return the money voluntarily before I escalate this further with my bank and leave a formal complaint with Apple.
