Following the “scan and get your rewards” instructions on the desktop led to two issues - 1) the scan takes you to the app STORE not the app, where then opening the app does not lead to any recognition of the offer; and 2) there is an immediate 1 hour countdown once it’s “presented”. Contacting customer service led to nothing but automated messages. So now I’ve lost 2 offers equaling 3 figures and Capital One won’t reply. I’d use a different card going forward for their rewards system.
