Only Dropbox backups are effective. after almost 2 years of use and working around quirky interface, I swapped my iPhone to another iPhone due a hardware failure. All 130+ apps had been restored from iTunes backup except SalaryBook. The app on the new phone is empty. All diligently recorded hours are lost. All not yet billed invoices are lost also. $1000s of work are lost until alternative billing can be done. This means that the app didn't store my time sheets in the app as it should, but the data was stored somewhere else and wasn't backed up in iTunes. Two words come to my mind - POOR DESIG
