I love the VA app, but I have video appointments with my caregivers and I’m supposed to get a link 45 minutes before the appointment time. This happens about 90% of the time, but 10% of the time I don’t get a link. I’m not sure if it’s because the provider puts it in the computer wrong or there’s just a glitch. But it would be nice if the powers that we could fix this so that. Not late for my appointments trying to get online. Steven.
