Support is not responding. We left an item in the taxi and need to contact the driver urgently as we are leaving in a day. Support is not responding and is suggesting we reach out via email. We have sent an email, but it is unclear when we will get a response.

Those guys don't care who they work with, they just want to fill the database with ads. They work with unreliable, unconfirmed hotels. As a result, out of 6 bookings, 2 hotels were cancelled. The first time Agoda sent information about the cancellation 3 days before the trip. Of course, it was hard to find accommodations, but realistic.
