I am working to regain my IFR currency and can’t remember ever being asked to do a serious VOR intercept. It took me a while to get the hang of it and the YouTube video by Plane Overhead helped a lot. Once the visualization kicks in you’re on your way. It’s probably the best money I have ever spent on a training item that pilot’s are suckers for. My ONLY small criticism is that some of the random intercepts would never happen in real life and can cause some frustration until understood. The older plane I fly does not have an RMI so I wonder if I will be able to do the mental math to compute th
