The application opens up into the desktop version 95% of the time instead of using the application. No fix for it as it is random when it actually opens the application. Contacted our IT and they can’t help resolve it either since it has to be with the workday application programming. We stepped backwards big time moving from SAP concur which automatically scanned pictures and input data. I’ve essentially doubled my time and the web version on the phone doesn’t even display all the information until you blindly get into a report.
