I can’t access my account from 4 years ago as I changed the phone number and the app isn’t giving me any other option to confirm it’s me (it’s either call or text). Contacting a support team didn’t help - the only way to confirm my identity is to give them last four digits of the card that is saved there and well - I have no idea what card was that, and I already gave them last digits from 10 of my cards - nope! Now I have sent the official request to close my account due to me being unable to access it and guess what!? - today I got a reply. BUT THEY MESSAGED ME IN MY PAYPAL INBOX! 🤦🏻‍♀️���
