I mainly use the car service. As other reviewers have stated they have a problem with cancellations. Also Using a credit card as payments didn’t work for me. My bank didn’t have a problem it was grab. I also tried loading payment using a seven eleven store. That worked great. However the app automatically gives everyone a 100 peso tip and 5 star rating. I didn’t appreciate that. Kinda want to do that myself. Customer service is a automated chat box. Chat box doesn’t know what a tip is so I couldn’t get any help there. I paid for the subscription and used it for 4 weeks. The app set me up with a personal plan when I first opened the program. Based on a series of questions I ended up with two short workouts. I followed the workout for three weeks then I noticed it was the same amount of reps every time and the routine didn’t change. After investigating the app I noticed I was still in week one. Maybe that’s how it’s suppose to be but if not I couldn’t figure out how to advance the week. The app for me is not very intuitive as far as the personal plan goes.
