I really like this app since it allows me to stay up to date with my favorite Chinese celebrities. But I just got a new phone and I tried to log back into my account with my original password but it would not allow me to log back in. It kept telling me it’s the incorrect login. So, I tried to retrieve my password but I keep seeing a red error message in Chinese. I have no idea what it’s telling me and it doesn’t seem to allow me to proceed. Now, there’s no way I can create another account since my phone number is already in use and I cannot log in. I would appreciate if you could make it more
