The “get your guide” app has been outstanding in my experiences with them. I booked a tour through them and got lost getting to the meeting point. The guide called me twice and offered to wait 15 extra minutes and provided me with helpful directions to meet him. you don’t get that kind of personal support from everyone. I am grateful for this app and used it to book a shuttle from San Jose to La Fortuna the next day, and that was seamless as well. Highly recommend using this app for tours, activities, and transportation. A +++++
