The trip with this company was terrible, a complete disgrace. I believe I was essentially blackmailed — they take advantage of passengers’ fear of missing their flight and having to buy another ticket to force these charges. Since I had a checked bag, I did not complete the check-in online and left it to be done at the airport when I would drop off my luggage.
