Brother in Erbil

I used CAREEM 3 times in Erbil, Iraq. First two times no problem. Third time, Captain drove to my pickup location and drove me to my hotel. I got out of the taxi, he said, You have to pay me. I said, What do you mean? You get paid through CAREEM. He said he doesn't have CAREEM and I have to pay. I called the police. The police came and they didn't speak English, but I showed the police my ride request on CAREEM. While I was talking with police the Captain cancelled my ride on CAREEM. I got charged a cancellation fee by CAREEM. UPDATE: CAREEM UAE HQ called me and apologized, they refu
