Im very happy that I downloaded this app. Im 15 ( male ) 5’8 and weighs 201 pounds and has been using this app for just 2 days. Im a beginner, obviously, but so far Im loving the workouts my trainer is providing me. Wish I found this app sooner. I didn't download this app to lose weight though, I want to get fit and gain more confidence In myself personally and mentally. Iv’e always been wanting to workout for the longest.
