It has stopped writing since last few days. Any reason? How can I get the support?

I’ve been using Xender on iOS for past 2 years only for listening to music and player never stopped abruptly but since this new version upgrade audio stops very frequently. Please do something about it and I will be happy to give 5 stars. Thanks!
