I used to praise Jobber. I told everybody else in my industry about it and said it was the best field service app that I ever used. My only stipulation was it did not handle recurring billing very well, this was somewhat misrepresented to me when I was purchasing the software, but I figured it was a simple miscommunication. I explained to the sales rep that we are in Alarm Company and need to handle recurring billing and she told me Jobber could handle that.
