Held our money for 60 days and did nothing
Booked a flight in January 2026. The airline cancelled it 10 days later. Trip.com promised a voucher in writing — never arrived. No refund, no rebooking, no response for 60 days. Only after receiving a formal legal demand letter from our attorney did they finally confirm a refund — 2 months later, after we had already escalated to the Civil Aeronautics Board of the Philippines. The airline (Cebu Pacific) confirmed in writing that the full refund was transferred to Trip.com on January 31. Trip.com held our money for 60 days without releasing it, without telling us, and without offering any solu
