Booked a property for 2 nights for 2 people for 280 eur, then contacted booking support and asked to change to 3 beds room for 3 people and add an extra night to the stay. Got a reply saying it is possible if I pay the difference. I did pay 200 eur extra and only room got changed to 3 beds but the extended night was not added. The hotel staff told me to leave or pay for additional night. Booking support did nothing to solve it.
