This is a simple app that uses great motivational quotes that cause you to be reflective, thoughtful and purposeful. I've only been using it for a few days and I've already had an Aha! moment. The instructions remind you how to spend a few minutes each day using deep breathing techniques and visualizing yourself happy and positive. I will be using this app a lot!
