Well, I was very excited when I first subscribed to this service because it was working very well. But I’ve had it just over 3 weeks and all of a sudden it keeps disconnecting! I am in the middle of watching a streaming video from the internet and the screen just goes black and I am knocked out. I have to turn my pad off and then on again, then have to reconnect to the service. A few days ago it knocked me out 4 times in 1/2 hour which was extremely frustrating. And just now it’s happened three times already. I have no idea what could be causing this. Unfortunately I signed up for a year
