The game is impossible to win if you don’t pay in solo mode. All the odds of the game are against you. You will sit in jail, you will pay fines you will try over and over again and fail, as the computer players will strip you broke and get bonuses and skip your streets. If you don’t want to play multiplayer and prefer solo - don’t pay and don’t buy. You will loose your time and money to feel like a desperate looser because gamemaker didn’t think about you to enjoy the game. Just save your nerve and skip it.
