I paid MyHeritage for DNA testing and hoped to also import my family tree from Geni (which was bought out by MyHeritage). Getting the GEDCOM file from Geni was easy. Sadly, MyHeritage has chosen to use an AI assistant that only offers certain menu topics and doesn’t allow asking a question. I just updated the app hoping that would help. Why would I upgrade to a premium version when I can’t even do simple tasks like import my large family tree from another company owned by MyHeritage. I hoped that importing my whole tree would help find DNA matches.
