I contacted support multiple times, sent transaction proof, followed every instruction — yet the same generic, copy-paste replies blaming Apple. No real solution. No escalation. Just endless emails going in circles. This app is no longer reliable, and the support is absolutely useless. I’ve reported the issue to Apple and switched to a more professional VPN provider.
