The app looked interesting, but once downloaded, you can’t interact with it without a subscription. I decided to try the three-day trial. I didn’t like it, so I wanted to cancel. To do so, a cancellation link must be sent to the email address used during sign-up. I’ve entered my email more than five times and checked both my inbox and spam/junk folder, but haven’t received anything. I’ve sent two messages to customer support and received zero response.
