I didn’t intend to use this platform, but my client had no other option at first, so we used this app. I understand that these fees and holding periods are part of your policy—I read it. However, that doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating. Like many other negative reviews here, I’m very disappointed with the high transaction fees and the unexpected charges on my transaction—even the money hasn’t reached my bank account. If you earn minimum or low income, I don’t recommend using this app as your payment method. They can take almost 10% of your income in fees. As a first-time user,
