I used the app to record my grandparents when they were alive. Now I’m trying to access the calls many no longer work, although they did before. I have tried contacting TapeACall multiple times but there is never a response. Terrible. I just want to access my calls.

I used TapeACall Pro exclusively to record conversations with my grandparents over the years while they were still alive. Now many of the files won’t play, or show up as blank. I know they worked in the past. I have contacted their help support through email and messenger. It has been weeks and no one has been in contact. They are happy to take your money but will not fix issues with the storage. I will be happy to change my review if the help team actually reply & sort this out.
