After clearly indicating an issue with the duration of civil twilight on their app (at least on my phone) and it's not down to incorrect settings, they blew me off after just one email. Heck, the guy didn't even know what civil twilight was. That's the level of support you get. 2 months later the problem persist. I wouldn't be that mad but I hate being ignored when I am a paying customer with a legit problem. Doesn't matter. I work for a major airline and I will make sure a lot of my Collegues go for alternative apps. No regards.
