I was inadvertently subscribed to this app by a child using my device, and I requested a refund as soon as I noticed the charge. Despite reaching out immediately, the request was denied. I understand the need for policies, but there should be some grace or flexibility in cases like this—especially for apps marketed heavily to younger users through flashy visuals. Disappointing customer service and a lack of empathy. Proceed with caution.
