So I have had this app for over a year and this issue I’m having has been happening since day 1. I am notorious for misplacing my remote. I love that this app has the remote feature so I can still change the tv if I need to. However, I absolutely can not get it to connect to either TV on the account. Both TV’s are on the same WIFI as my phone and I know they’re plugged in cause they’re on. If the tv is on it seems like the only way the app will connect with the tv is if I literally spend 10-20 minutes trying to get it to connect.
