Blanco bliss

My files and movies are not saving to my phone directly, especially the movies and it is so annoying and frustrating as well... I have been using this app for the past 4 years now and I have no problem until recently. Whoever that bought that idea should change it cuz am starting to lose interest in it. I do watch my movies on Vic through xender or any app that I can watch film on and the main reason why I don't watch movies on Xender is that it has no subtitles in there, I can't fast forward the movies when am watching a movie neither can I reverse it. Please do something about this fast...pl
