I love playing roblox, it is a fun and amazing experience. But there is one problem, The security needs some work. This is because it takes to long for reports to work, so by the time it works, they would have already left the game and get away with what they did. Maybe a suggestion you can try to have an automatic recognition system which can detect some bad things said in chat, or when a game or account is hacked, and automatically give punishments to people who hack games and accounts or are mean to others.
