I genuinely like this app. The problem is, it regularly has bugs that are nearly unfixable due to the lack of help. 1) The worst one is that whenever a customer taps “custom tip” instead of using a pre-selected tip option the system will add the tip AND it will add the last used discount. This is a big issue because if you’re not paying attention, you could be mistakenly giving a customer a large discount =money lost! I’ve called about this issue multiple times and I always hear the same response “our engineering team is working on it.” 2) The screen freezes often and I have to exit the app
