I would like to file a serious complaint regarding the repeated fare issues and unsafe experiences I have been facing while using inDrive in Nepal. Many drivers are demanding double or even triple the fare shown in the app after the ride is booked. This has happened to me several times, especially during nighttime or urgent situations when I have no other option for transportation. It is extremely frustrating and unfair for passengers. There have also been situations where drivers become rude, use disrespectful language, or argue aggressively if I refuse to pay the extra amount they demand
