Easy to use, but the customer service is the worst. Any changes to your booking – even if you’ve purchased insurance – are basically impossible. They just keep putting you in circles and don’t actually help resolve anything. Honestly, it feels like a waste of money and time.

As i noticed, there were no any errors watching .mkv files on vlc before . But now, when i play mkv videos, it just shows unusual flashes of dots covering the entire screen making hard to watch the video
