I’m impressed with onX Customer Service, very rarely these days can you actually get to speak easily with a customer service representative. I was able to get useful information, while using the app, and navigating to waypoints in the dark. I also reported an issue I was having with one of the tools available in the elite member level. The customer service representative followed up with a solution to my issue, and emailed me several times afterwards to make sure everything was operating properly. Thanks onX customer service team!
