As I only use the free version I’ve got nothing to complain about. You can only change to an American VPN if you don’t pay and it doesn’t let you get an American Netflix (sorry to disappoint). I currently only use it to access social media on my college WiFi and it does the trick (social media’s would usually be inaccessible). Easy to make an account and use.
