A great app that I use almost daily; mainly for viewing and storing attachments from emails, but also to keep some handy reference docs on my iPad. Let's you create folders to arrange files, and you can rename and move files between folders. Another bonus is the ability to drag and drop files from iTunes during syncing. I wouldn't do without it.
