Big broody

I bought this and worked great first two times I did regen. Plug and play. But now I’m having big issues. First of all can’t log into my account. Gives me “authenticate” error. Called customer service and they gave me temporary log in till they fix the issue. Logged in a tried again and now it’s having issues connecting to Bluetooth device. When I finally do get it to connect it won’t do regen. I try clearing all Cummins codes and generic codes and prompts with “failed”. I feel like the app is very buggy and only works half the time in my experience. Customer service is responsive. They even c
