In 2023 I cancelled my Babbel subscription and deleted the app. Now I saw (my fault for not checking earlier) that babbel kept on charging me in 6 months Intervalls. I never received an invoice from them and I cancelled more than a year ago. Their AI chatbot is a joke and I was not able to speak to an agent.
