Bev I wish I had this program when I went for bariatric surgery which was a disaster I spent a year in hospital. Ten years and more weight later I learnt about Oviva it’s been amazing learning new things through the learning blogs the support has been amazing so far I’m at 5 stone 9 less of me and I recommend this program to anyone who has struggled with weigh gain give it a go I get weighed weekly with Sara my WW coach. Thank you to everyone at Oviva I feel like a new person! 🩷
