I’ve only downloaded this app for one day and haven’t had any conversations with anyone, somehow I couldn’t pass the verification and then my account was blocked. I can’t unblock my account by contacting the staff by email, and the staff didn’t tell me the reason for the ban, I’m really disappointed with the operation of this app.
