I am loosing many games due to game glitches. My opponent time runs out and game is stuck so i cant start new one, once i quit the game i get notification that opponent won on time out

This is nowhere like ad-game. Its a good game for 5 years old though

Ok beside the game their technical support is equal to zero. Ive had two or three times need for their assistance and they never reply. I have tried via in game chat or email but nothing and that sucks
